A few weeks ago as I was reading interesting blogs an idea came to me when I saw a simple statement written by a fellow blogger. She said, "My LDS Mission was one of the best times in my life for sure..." I too served a mission and it was a wonderful time in my life and at the moment I read her statement I began to feel a desire to share my experiences with you.
In addition to my Mormon upbringing, my mission helped me become who I am today. The spiritual moments and happy times that I had as a missionary often carry me through the storms of life, when the skies grow dark and the waters become choppy.
People come and go from our lives, but there are few who make lasting impressions. Diary of a Sister Missionary tells the stories of special people who left their imprint on my heart. (Remember, this blog is in its early stages so please be patient with me.)
