The Destiny of a Peck of Green Chili Peppers...
...is in my freezer. Well, first it was a farm in San Simon {I think that's the name}, then it was Safford where the Chilies were roasted, toasted, and put in a bin. Then were lovingly and tenderly driven the The Valley. Sunday I will slice them and dice them and add them carefully to a chicken enchilada. Thanks Diana! Can't wait!

You are so welcome! And you were right about San Simon. I think I might have to make some enchiladas too! Hopefully my girls will be able to enjoy them too!
For some reason FB wouldn't let me "Like" this post....but I do! FB wouldn't let me comment on there either. hmmmm
Hmm, that's weird. I was fiddling with the settings and stuff so maybe it will work later. I don't know.
Oh, I was going to put the Chili Relleno Bake recipe on this post but I forgot. I'll try to put it on this weekend.
Check back...I mean only if you want. (No pressure.) Only if you want to see the recipe. :)
