...but I decided enough was enough and decided it was time to add a splash of color to my very neutrally decorated living room. I have, er had, a huge blank, white wall behind my couch...and I didn't want to put a boring row of pictures there and thought, "what I need here is a wreath." Making stuff like that is not my thing. I am not good at it at all and when I heard that Brandon's mom, Grandma Stein, was going to be in town (she is staying with my Sis-In-Law, Emilee) I thought that I would ask her, and Emilee, if they would help me. When I asked for their help they both said yes and to my good fortune I ended up with a spectacular work of art. Here is the proof...
The beginning stages. Start with moss...
I did help...I glued stuff down and made executive decisions crucial to the project.
C'est fini!
Doesn't it look great?
Looks good on the wall...
Looks good in a picture with three
of my favorite peeps.
Thanks Grandma Stein and Emilee for helping me make a really pretty wreath! You guys are the best! You are both so smart and talented! Now, what should we make next time? :D
