Maybe you heard or maybe you saw the American's win the Men's 4x100 m by a fingertip. Talk about cool. Everyone around here is talking about it. The clincher? Alain Bernard of the French team said, "The American's? We're going to smash them. That's what we came here for."

We are good swimmers in the USA is what the rest of the world is thinking...
yupp! we saw it--couldn't believe our eyes! that'll hafta been one of the best all-time moments in USA olympics. I was jumping up & down, flipping-off the french & amber was shouting & screaming. I think the whole country was yelling & hollering & cheering that nite! =)
